Betsy Warner Hoppe ('64) is a student at St. Cloud State U., has two children and is working on her Black Belt (she always did pick on me). Bob ('66) is a computer trouble shooter--a real whiz! Omar (Dick) ('70), after being thrown out of Colombia, S.A., for unmentionable reasons now lives in Washington, D.C. and makes frequent trips to Central and South America for the Nature Conservancy.
Usually found lecturing on the effects of alcoholism on the family or on drunk driving awareness, writing editorials and attending court hearings to put pressure on local judges to increase DWI sentences. In the summertime you'll find me 16 hours a day on the lakes contracting and operating my aquatic weed harvesting business. i spend my free time strictly with my children. We travel South for awhile in winter.
Whatever happened to the agony of adolescence? Thank God it only happens once in a lifetime !
